I am using a VPN service overseas, and while it allows me to access TV shows from the U.S. for a fee, the IP address assigned by the VPN is different from the one shown when I check my IP on Google. How is this possible, and what are the limitations of using a VPN?

I have an issue with my sound card where the wave volume keeps sliding down all the way sporadically. I have updated the drivers for the sound card, but it hasn't helped. My system is an AMD Phenom II x4 920 processor on an Asus M2N68-AM-Plus motherboard. What could be causing this and what steps can I take to resolve it?

I have had Vegas Movie Studio for over 18 months and am experiencing an error (0x00070002) when trying to open it. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software, using Revo Uninstaller and CCleaner, creating a new administrator account, and running the software in Safe Mode. What else can I do to resolve this issue?
