I am using WordPerfect Office X5 and suddenly unable to print from the print menu. The 'print' selection is not highlighted, but I can print through 'file, print preview' or by using control+shift+P. I have reinstalled WP X5 and the printer driver, but the issue persists. Can you help?

I am looking for a CMOS password for a Packard Bell laptop model NCL20. I have forgotten the password and tried various methods, including taking the computer to a shop, but they were afraid to attempt clearing the CMOS due to potential damage. Is there a way to retrieve or reset the CMOS password?

I cannot open Microsoft Outlook. The set of folders cannot be opened. The file C:\\Users\\jo\\Appdata\\Local\\Microsoft\\Outlook\\Outlook.pst is not a personal files folder. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Outlook with no luck. What can I do to resolve this issue?
