I am waiting for a delivery for over a week and have been unable to get a response from the delivery service. I found out that the delivery was made on December 7th and signed for by someone named 'de'. I was home on that day but did not see the FedEx driver. I am wondering if the delivery was made to the wrong address. How can I track my Amazon order and contact Amazon for further assistance?

I am trying to make a payment and it keeps telling me my card is invalid. I have always used my phone for this, but the card I previously had is gone and the new card is on file. I used it last month. Why am I having a problem paying my bill when the bank said you already got my payment but you have not confirmed it?
