My OfficeJet Pro 6968 has never worked properly and now displays error code x16100004a, preventing printing and copying. The printer shows the error on all print jobs even after restarting. The printer driver was last updated 3-4 weeks ago. What can be done to resolve this issue?

I want to use TurboTax for my 2018 taxes, but the program does not work on my Mac computer. In 2018, TurboTax set up my program over the phone and I used it to do my taxes. Can I do this again? My Mac specifications are: 1.4GHz dual-core Intel i5 processor with Turbo Boost up to 2.7 GHz and 3MB shared L3 cache. I have used the Premier version of TurboTax before and would like to use the $79 version this time. How can I get it to work on my Mac?

I have Straight Talk and I haven't had 'No Service' for half of yesterday and all day today, 3-7-19. It did work a little on 3-6-19. I'm disabled and need my phone. They take my payment out of my account each month, and it was never late. I have an iPhone 6. What Operating System (OS) am I running on my iPhone, and how long has this been going on? What have I tried so far? I just want it to have service.
