I backed up my Franklin Covey contacts on an external drive and can't restore them after switching to Windows 7. I re-purchased Franklin Covey for Outlook but can't figure out how to import my .gob file into Outlook. Can you help?

I have just installed new Lexmark ink cartridges in my Z2320 printer. I am unable to print as a window message tells me to run a test page for correct alignment. This message stays on my desktop screen and I can't get it to respond for printing. I have run several test page commands and it responds to that print only. I have reinstalled the cartridges to assure proper installation. How can I fix this?

I bought a Compaq laptop about 3 years ago and have never installed Microsoft Office. When I receive a document that requires Microsoft Office to read, I am asked to type in a 25-digit number. Where can I find this number, and how do I install Microsoft Office? It is very inconvenient without it.
