I borrowed my laptop to my grandchild for the school year and now that I have it back, I can't get into my Windows account. I've tried every day for the last week but can't seem to get through. I've tried using a password reset disk or other recovery utilities, but nothing works, and I'm not very computer literate. My MTS server also doesn't respond very well. What can I do to resolve this issue?
