I bought a FREETALK Wireless headphone about 2 years ago for my PC, primarily used for Skype. I am looking for a driver for my Microsoft XP Home Edition. I followed instructions to pair the device via Bluetooth, but it couldn't find the headset. What should I do to get it working?

Windows 7 firewall is turned on by domain policy, and it is blocking access to a SQL application on the server. The vendor has confirmed that the firewall is the issue. I cannot find a group policy that would tell a workstation to keep the firewall on and not allow an override. How can I resolve this issue, either by retaining the firewall in the ON state but allowing access to the SQL application, or by turning off the Windows firewall without causing conflicts with the corporate firewall?
