I am trying to sign up for the free ink package and when I put in my email address and password, it says I already have an account, but I didn't know I had one and I have no idea how to sign in. I honestly don't have any idea about security questions or a phone number on file to help reset my password. I haven't already requested a password reset. I just kept trying to sign in to the thing about getting the ink. I don't guess so. I just would like to know what my password is and how to set up a new one.

I have never used Facebook before. I just created an account and it shows people I know from my old job. Is there any way to disconnect that link without going private because I do not want them asking to be friends?
