How does one show hidden files in Vista Home Premium?

I am trying to print a PDF file from a Windows Vista computer to a SAMSUNG CLX-3175 FW laser printer. The document table and format print fine, but all the English letters print as strange characters. SAMSUNG customer support suggested I talk to ADOBE. What can I do to resolve this issue?

I'm experiencing internet delays considerably longer than others sharing my server. My computer is an HP Pavilion p6310y PC, only a year old. I've run a Web Root virus scan and detected no viruses. I suspect I might have a new generation virus or my internet card is going bad. What do you suggest?

I've been using an LX 310 laser cordless desktop for a long time with no issues. I'm using the latest SetPoint software and XP SP3. The batteries are fresh, and SetPoint says everything is OK. However, for the last six weeks, the mouse has been generating double clicks instead of single clicks approximately 50% of the time. I've tried adjusting the SetPoint settings, but it hasn't helped. The mouse and receiver are less than 12 inches apart, and the keyboard works fine. What could be causing this issue, and how can I fix it?

I have Versacheck X1 Gold and am trying to print checks, but it says 'XML document must have a top level element line 0.' I do not have access to an online computer. Can you tell me what it wants and how to resolve this issue?
