I bought an HP Envy 5055 printer a few weeks ago, and I'm having trouble installing it. I spoke to a consultant who said I needed a better antivirus program to proceed. I now have Bitdefender installed, but I'm still unable to complete the installation. Can you help me proceed with the installation so I can use the printer?

We cannot get our TV to work in the kitchen. The living room TV is fine. It's an Emerson Star that has worked fine until this morning. The TV powers on and displays the message 'Looking for Hopper. 1303 with the R and Smart Card number'. What should we do to fix this issue?

When I try to open Excel, it says that Office is updating, please wait a moment, but the update will not finish. So I can't access my Excel and Word files.
