I have an iPad that I use daily for email and internet. I encountered issues when trying to install Norton 360 for security. The problem started when I had to sign in, and I cannot get the right password. The first iPad was in my late husband's name, who passed away in July 2015. I have been using it and bought a new iPad. I think my late husband's information and mine are mixed up. I want to use the Apple ID my husband was using, but one of my sons started another Apple ID under my name. My email address has not changed as my husband and I always used the same one. Is it possible to clear the information and help me set up everything under my name and information without losing anything important?

I am a long-time Microsoft user and payor. Today, Microsoft interrupted my work on a Dell older 360, causing about 20 pages of my original professional work to disappear. I am a consultant, lawyer, and trustee for the IRS and FBI, and my work is important and valuable. Microsoft replaced my work with a full-page notice to reconfirm my membership and froze my page. I need help restoring my lost work and resolving this issue with Microsoft.
