I just purchased a new phone and tried to sign in to my Google account, but I don't know the password. I am going through the process of making a new one as prompted. Google sends me a code to enter into my phone, but the code is not coming to my Moto E. Instead, it is going to a person with an iPhone 7 and iPhone 11, and the email showing it's going to starts with poi.......com. Is the phone linked somehow to a different account? I want it corrected as I can't get email or download any apps. Do I have a backup or recovery email address linked to my Google account? Are you logged into your account on any other devices?

I just sold an item on Amazon, but I cannot log into my seller account. When I try, an App for Development comes up, and when I try to bypass it, a message saying 'Oops, there has been a mistake' pops up. I have attempted to fix this for days now, but nothing ever happens. I have tried both Explorer and Foxfire, with the same result. What can I do to resolve this issue?
