I can't get into my Facebook account. I have a new phone number and I need to change it to see if it is the problem. What happened right before this Facebook issue came up? I was using my Facebook prior to it going off. I had this problem with Apple yesterday and now I'm not sure if they changed my phone number. Is there anything else the Computer Expert should know before I connect you? I am 87 years old and have a terrible time with technology!

I want to renew my Microsoft 365 Personal subscription for €69.00, as mentioned in the email I received this morning. I no longer have my Master Card and want to pay with my VISA card through my account ***@******.***. Is this possible? Additionally, I have been unable to change my password.
