I can't log into my Facebook and Facebook Messenger accounts because they keep asking for a security key that I don't have. I have a backup email linked to my account, but I don't receive any recovery codes on it. I'm logged into my account on my laptop, but it shows the same issue as my phone. What can I do to resolve this issue?

I can't log into Instagram. I've entered my username and password correctly, but it just loads and then does nothing. I've tried resetting my password, deleting and reinstalling the Instagram app, and rebooting my phone, but the issue persists. Sometimes it shows that I'm already logged in, but when I press the account, it doesn't let me in. How can I resolve this issue?
