I can't open QuickBooks that I installed last week. The icon is on my desktop, but nothing happens when I double-click on it. My computer is a Dell XPS 400, and I'm unsure about the Windows version, but the program requires Windows 7. I haven't installed any updates recently, only QuickBooks from a disk. I'm not experienced with computer programming, but I thought I had installed the program correctly. What should I do?

My Dell desktop running Windows 7 will not boot up and shows 'No boot device found' on restart. I have tried rebooting from a DVD or flash drive, but it didn't work. Have you installed any new hardware or software recently?
