I can't print. I tried using Microsoft yesterday and it didn't work, even after spending two hours with them. I have an account with JustAnswer and previously worked with Mr. Neuman. I have three drivers in my downloads, but I'm not good with computers. They had me remove all software from my computer yesterday, so now there's no software other than what I downloaded yesterday, but I got too frustrated and had to stop. My computer was purchased in October. How are you connecting to your printer: wirelessly or by USB? When did you last update the printer driver software? Is there anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?
