I can't remember my password and the site keeps telling me it's sending a code, but I can't get the code because I can't access my email. The site doesn't recognize my phone number and I can't get to the security questions. What can I do to reset my password?

My Samsung Galaxy J7 is stuck on the Android Recovery Screen and I can't get past it. I've tried turning it off and on, removing the battery, and using various recovery options like wiping cache, but nothing seems to work. I also tried pressing the Volume Up, Home, and Power buttons together to force a boot, but it only led to an 'Installing system update' screen followed by a 'No Command' screen and then back to the Android Recovery Screen. I want to save all the pictures on my phone. What should I do?

I installed Citrix and am getting a message asking whether to open or save a file from XASG.WESTAT.COM. I believe the Citrix version is from 2013-2017, and it's on a Windows PC. What should I do to resolve this issue?
