My Facebook account has been hacked, and I'm locked out until August 30th. What should I do to secure my account and protect my personal information?

I received an email about updating my Roku device. I think I have the Roku Express 4K+ and my daughter has a TCL-Roku remote. I'm not sure how old the 4K+ is, but I have the model number. What should I do with this email, and do I need to get my daughter a new remote?

I just finished my free subscription with YouTube TV. My money has been taken out of my account, and I have cancelled with Xfinity. I have no account number as of yet, no date as to when this money will be removed from my account, and I had to change my password. I also downloaded the YouTube TV app on my iPad but cannot open anything, especially Fox & Friends, which I had access to during my free trial. Can you help me with these problems as I am getting nowhere?
