I can't send an attachment with my Bell email. I was told to create a profile in the control panel and mail, but I can't find it. My scanner also doesn't seem to be working. The file I'm trying to attach is a 2-page document saved on my computer. I'm not getting any error messages when trying to attach or send an email. The issue seems to be with Microsoft Windows 10, and I'm using the built-in Windows 10 mail app with a Bell.net email account.
