I can't send an attachment with my Bell email. I was told to create a profile in the control panel and mail, but I can't find it. My scanner also doesn't seem to be working. The file I'm trying to attach is a 2-page document saved on my computer. I'm not getting any error messages when trying to attach or send an email. The issue seems to be with Microsoft Windows 10, and I'm using the built-in Windows 10 mail app with a Bell.net email account.

I keep getting horizontal flickering lines on my laptop screen during updates, restarts after illegal shutdowns, and sometimes randomly at startup. The lines disappear after closing the laptop screen and waking it up. What could be causing this issue and what can I do to fix it?

When I download files from the internet, they now download in HTML format instead of PDF. How can I change the settings so that all files download in PDF format instead of HTML?
