I keep receiving emails about my Skype subscription expiring and a payment not being set up. Someone used my account to purchase minutes in China, and now it's linked to my account. I had a conversation with another Skype tech a month ago who assured me my email would no longer be associated with the issue, but I'm still getting these emails daily. What should I do?

I have a serious problem with Google. I changed my account and now can't sign in. I've been trying for two days to get in to ask for a refund for $425.00 that was scammed with Google Play Cards. I have no smart phone, only a landline. I already paid $2 to speak to a tech, but they haven't helped me yet. Will you get back to me?

I noticed a $150 charge on my credit card that I did not make. I am retired and my donations are usually $25 or less. Please credit my credit card immediately for the charge made on March 1st to my BJ's Comenity credit card. The name is ***** *****. I do not like the fact that ActBlue populates the amount of the donation, which might have caused the error. Again, please credit my account ASAP. Thank you!
