My Firefox browser is locked up by a security alert. I cannot get any action from my keyboard. It insists that I call a phone number: A username and password is being requested by http://z5x7k22k-virus.com. The site says: “Security Update Error 0xB4390192 Help Desk: +1(###) ###-#### (TOLL-FREE)”. This must be a scam. How do I clear it up? I have a McAfee subscription through Verizon.

My Gmail account hasn't loaded on my phone and iPad since Saturday. I'm using the Gmail app and getting an error that 'imap.gmail.com' is not responding. Additionally, gmail.com does not load on my devices, and they indicate I'm not connected to the internet. What can I do to resolve this issue?
