I cannot access my PS4 because my old phone number, which was used for 2-step verification, is no longer in service. I have been using a new phone since March, and I changed my password last night on my Playstation. My new phone replaced the old phone number, but I have no way of using the old number for verification. My email is the same on file, and I have been paying my account services on time for over a year. What can I do to regain access to my PS4?
