I cannot download a CD audiobook onto my iPod. I downloaded the CD to my laptop (Ventura) and old desktop (High Sierra), changed both to audiobook format, and dragged to the iPod icon. Both computers say the iPod has the audiobook, but the iPod says it's not there. What could be the issue and how can I resolve it?

I have forgotten my password for my Emirates account and the password reset link has not been sent to my email. My membership number is *********** and my recovery email is ***@******.***. I am only using this computer and have not logged into my account on any other devices. Why has the password reset email not come to my inbox?
