I have Windows 7 and received information from Microsoft about a free upgrade to Windows 10. My computer has not been upgraded yet, and I received an email from PC UTILITIES PRO claiming that the upgrade is a fake and will install ransomware. Is this true? Whose information should I trust, Microsoft or PC Utilities? What is the truth? Additionally, I noticed that Windows 10 tried to update my system multiple times but failed. What should I do?
