I cannot get my Roku to connect with the WiFi. My WiFi signal strength is excellent, and I can connect to the internet using other devices. I have tried restarting both my Roku and my router, and I have also performed a factory reset on the Roku. Despite these efforts, the Roku is stuck on the 'Set up new wireless connection' screen, and my remote is not working. I have changed the batteries in the remote, and it shows a checkmark, indicating it is paired, but the Roku still won't connect. Additionally, I am experiencing the same issue with an older Roku on another TV. What can I do to resolve this issue?

I bought a starter motor for my niece and she just returned the core today (5/21/22). The paperwork I have is valid until 5/14/22. Does that mean I’m out the core return refund? The money came out of my account but was sent to her former address. This is the first time I’ve ordered from you and I don’t know your rules for returning late items.
