Why does my computer run slow and sometimes lock up when I use AOL, and how can I improve its performance? Additionally, can you recommend a better ISP and help me cancel my JustAnswer subscription?

My email accounts, including my Googlemail account, have been hacked, and someone has sent inappropriate messages to my contacts. Additionally, the Just Answer website does not recognize my email address. How can I regain control of my accounts and prevent this from happening in the future?

At almost 90 years of age, my reflexes are not what they once were. Evidently, my time ran out sooner than I could answer all requests for following through. My last effort involved Password ***** before time ran out. So far, I am in to you for $21.00. What need I do to get squared away with Just Answers?

I'm having trouble with a software installation that has been stuck on 'installing' for over 24 hours. AVAST flagged it as needing Adobe Reader, and I'm a member of 'Just Answer'. How can I resolve this issue?

Is remote access repair work outside of Just Answer permitted? I don't know where to find a reputable tech. I have a theoretical operating system question and anti-virus system (now Windows free version, before Iolo Systems Mechanic Professional). One tech informed me that my computer would crash very soon, which it did. I had the Iolo product that DELL rents. She asserted that you cannot turn off the firewall on Windows which is demanded with Systems Mechanic. There is some other factors that intervene and I don't understand. Anyway, I know there is a difference between the Windows firewall and the antivirus technology from Iolo. The woman also said the registry was probably badly damaged though the computer appears now to be functioning fine. What is your best opinion on these issues? If the registry is severely damaged, I have considered having Linux installed and want it in any case dividing the hard drive.
