I cannot get Windows XP to open, not even in safe mode. The computer shows the HP logo blue screen, followed by the Windows screen, and then a black screen asking how to open Windows. However, after selecting any option (normal, safe mode, safe mode with network, etc.), it returns to the HP screen and starts over. What can be done to resolve this issue?
