I cannot load SFW photo files on Windows 7 using Irfanview, which I recently installed. The photos are on a 19-year-old CD. When I try to open the files, I get a 'Decode error' and a message saying 'Can't load Plugin: "FORMATS.DLL" !Please install or update Plugins from Irfanview homepage!(32 bit)'. What should I do to resolve this issue?

I can't get my SONOS system to respond on the control panel on my computer. It says 'Your SONOS system was not found. Please ensure that your SONOS products are plugged into power.' The geeks set it up for me yesterday, but today this is what I get on my screen. What can be done to resolve this issue?
