I cannot locate my tickets in my Ticketmaster account. I saved the tickets to Wallet on my phone, but now it looks like only one shows up. When I go to my account, my tickets for Jan. 4 & 7 in Las Vegas don't show up. What can I do to resolve this issue?

I have a moon crest on a few people message when I text them. Also, I don’t hear my text coming in. I have an iPhone 11 and have noticed this issue since upgrading from an iPhone 6. I have tried following instructions on Google but found them difficult to understand. Additionally, I am missing phone calls as I don’t hear my phone ringing.
