I can't log in to my Facebook account after installing a new Windows update. I receive a Facebook code on my mobile phone, but when I enter it, I get a database error message. I've tried using Facebook's 'Find Your Account' feature, which sends the code to my mobile phone. I'm currently logged into my account on my mobile phone. What should I do to resolve this issue?

I and my colleagues are receiving a notice to reset our passwords, but we are unable to do so. This issue started this morning and is affecting not just my computer but others as well. We cannot access our email through Outlook or our email server, which is Webmail. What steps can we take to resolve this issue?

I want to make sure my data/phone is “unlocked” so I can insert a Claro chip for data overseas. My Verizon phone is currently working, but I'm hesitant to perform a Factory Reset while in Ecuador. Is there a way to unlock my phone without a Factory Reset, and if not, what are the steps to safely reset it and restore my data?
