I have a refurbished Dell OptiPlex 7010 that worked for a day and then stopped. I'm running Windows 10. I've tried different screens and HDMI converter cords, but it still doesn't work. The computer doesn't make the usual startup noise, and the power lights are on, but nothing happens when I connect it to the screen. What could be the issue, and what should I do?

I was on FaceTime on my iPhone 12 and after hanging up, my phone won't turn off or restart, and I can't open settings. I deleted FaceTime, but it showed a blurry screen when I tried to open it. I can't open apps, and the power button only works for Siri. Did you recently update your software or version of iOS? Is there anything else the Software Expert should know before I connect you?
