I recently bought an NV series laptop and cannot enter it because I forgot my password. How can I enter my computer?

In using Verizon Email, I cannot reliably print or save more than the beginning fraction of a page for some messages. This includes the heading and a few lines of the message body. I can display the following pages only but they are cut off when directed to print or save. Some multipage messages, however, do print and save completely. What can I do to resolve this issue?

When attempting to send emails with my server (optusnet), I am getting the message 'An error occurred sending mail. Unable to establish a secure line with SMTP server smtp.optusnet.com.au using STARTTLS since it doesn't advertise that feature. Switch off STARTTLS for that server or contact your service provider.' I have three email addresses and wish to delete STARTTLS and amend my outgoing addresses to 'mail.optusnet.com.au'. How can I do this in Thunderbird?

I am trying to install a CapTel 800i captioned telephone with a 2Wire 144 wireless modem. The audio works, but no captions are displayed. The CapTel technicians believe it might be a firewall issue. How can I resolve this problem?
