I cannot use Windows Media Player, as a website says it's not connected to the internet, but another site confirms that Windows Media Player 12 is installed on my computer. Can Geek Squad fix this issue, or can you help me resolve it?

I rebooted my computer running Windows 7 OS and since then, I can't access my calendar in the cloud through Outlook, receiving error messages 'The set of folders cannot be opened. The information store cannot be opened' and '0X80040605'. How can I regain access to my calendar in Outlook?

I can't get my Gateway monitor to display anything from my Gateway DX4710-09 desktop. The blue power button flashes on and off. I wait for a while and the screen saver comes on. I've tried rebooting and other troubleshooting steps, but nothing works. What could be the issue and how can I fix it?
