I clicked into the YouTube site and immediately the screen went orange with writing saying that I have a virus and I need to call the number shown. I didn't see anything about Microsoft, so I shut it down completely. I'm using a Toshiba laptop, but I don't know the model or operating system. I haven't tried anything specific yet, but the laptop automatically installed some updates. Is this a legitimate issue, and what should I do?

I am attempting to format an ASUS RT-N12 N300 router, but I don't have a cable that will connect into my MacBook Pro 12. I have an ethernet cable, but my Mac will not accept it. The 3 left lights on the router are all solid blue. How can I reset the router to factory settings without using a cable that my Mac can accept?

My Dell Inspiron One 2305 with Windows 10 has a large screen and slow action. We tried reinstalling Windows 7 but received error code 0x6. The screen is too large to work with, and nothing we've tried has helped. Can someone take over my computer to fix this?

I have an old Gateway M-7315u computer. I've been experiencing no DirecTV service for a month, despite payment being sent. The TV keeps stating to refresh my service (error 726), but it doesn't work. I was previously getting some service, including the Audience channel, but it stopped a week ago. What can be done to restore my DirecTV service?
