I clicked on a link from an email and received a noisy alert stating 'Windows Firewall has blocked some features of this program' on my HP home computer. The alert also instructed me to call a specific phone number, which I did not do. Instead, I went to the Windows Support webpage on my phone, which displayed a message saying 'Do not close this window and restart your computer. Your computer's registration key is blocked.' What should I do to resolve this issue?

We have a new Canon G3610 Pixma Printer and are having trouble printing email documents. The colors are fine but there is no black and white. The inkjet test pattern showed no black at all. We have tried the self-cleaning cycle and the ink is 7 months old and 3/4 full. What can we do to fix this?

I recently purchased three RangeXTD extenders and am having trouble installing them. I have an AT&T U-verse router and want to extend the Wi-Fi signal to my back garage, which is about 80 ft. away. I plugged one unit in, and the lights lit up, but I couldn't connect it to my Wi-Fi network. Is there a way to make it function without a hard cable connection?
