I cracked the headphone stereo plug for my computer. I have a replacement connector with 4 wiring places labeled L, R, V, and Earth. I don't know what they mean. There are 4 wires in two cables: earth (x2), green, red, and blue wires. What should I do to connect the new plug correctly?

I signed up for GEM Premium yesterday and watched CBC News Network last evening, but today I can't get it to open. My wife suggests maybe I didn't sign up for Premium: is it possible to check? My router's Power and DSL lights are solid green, and Internet and Wireless are flashing green. We seem to have other internet functions, including being able to watch other CBC programs.

I'm the CEO and owner of Radio LBR, and my domain has been hacked. My account/site is showing unpleasant content, specifically pornographic material. I can still log in, but it redirects to inappropriate content. I've checked my email and other accounts for tampering but suspect my account was hacked.
