I did not sign up for an account with you and yet I have been charged twice for the service. Please cancel any subscription you created for me and refund the $140 to my credit card. My email address is *@.*. I did not request the membership - had only agreed to the $2 one-off charge on Dec 23. I've tried to get you to cancel the 'subscription' that I did not request and I have notified my bank. The first two charges were on Dec 23 for $2 and $70 and I see the charge has been made again on Jan 23. I am not prepared to make any further payments to your company.
