I do not have an account with you. My credit card shows a charge from PayPal for something I don't know what it's for, as I have never used PayPal to pay for anything. The bill does not show the business or a phone number for them. I need information on what was ordered and how you could bill me if I had no account with you. This sounds like fraudulent billing to me.

I tried updating my email and adding my phone number to my account but it crashed and didn’t save the new changes. I went to the new email to verify it but it said I never requested that change, asking for a pin code from my old email which I no longer have access to. I don’t remember the security questions for my Yahoo mail and it locks me out after a certain amount of tries. I’ve read that I’m supposed to press ‘Need more help?’ to get a form to submit but it never appears. I’m not logged into my Yahoo account on any other devices. What can I do to recover my account?

I can't access my Amazon account. I've reached the checkout page for books but can't continue because it says the password is wrong. I need to either recover my old account or create a new one.

I am trying to get ABC on my Roku but have never set anything up. I have a Roku adapter and remote, but I don't know the model. I went to Hulu and tried to sign up for their package, but I got to a screen that says to enter my Roku pin. I am just trying to sign up for Hulu so I can get ABC.
