I forgot my password for my Android phone and can't access the Playstore. I have a Google account linked to the phone, but the password was changed four months ago. I tried entering the previous password but was locked out. How can I recover my account and change my password?

I have a receipt for $298.50 from you but my credit card shows a charge of $597. The purchase was made through PayPal. My PayPal account is set up under my personal email, ***@******.***. I am having trouble connecting with all my Facebook friends and receiving notifications for their posts. I have heard that Facebook limits the number of frequent friends to about 25, but I want to see posts from all my friends, including a Cuba friend who posted news three days ago without me receiving a notification.
