I bought the Gold Gallery (Lifetime) on 6-14-07 for $42.25. Why am I not allowed to use the Gold Gallery since it was supposed to be a lifetime purchase? My email address has changed since then, but there is no issue with my computer. What is the problem with Incredimail?

My wave volume keeps going down by itself on all programs like YouTube, Windows Media Player, or any other program. I was told my sound card might be bad, but I still hear something when I put the wave volume up, though it won't stay. What could be the issue and how can I fix it?

I cannot access my Yahoo Finance portfolio. It will not allow me to type in 8881 as my login ID. I am not sure what my full login ID is if it is different. I entered my password that I have been using for years and was asked to change it. I did and still cannot log in. Please help.
