I filed a damage report on 06/2422 for a package containing an antique radio shipped via UPS from an eBay seller in Staten Island, NY. No inspector has called to arrange an appointment to view the damaged item despite several attempts by me to contact UPS. I received a letter stating the case was closed due to unavailability to inspect the package, which is false as the damaged package is still at the delivery address with the original carton. I purchased the F1 2022 game for Xbox One on May 20th, but I received the download for the wrong platform initially. Someone wrote me awful emails on my cell phone, not Facebook messenger. They then got my phone and deleted their name out of my cell phone. I read that it could be retrieved from the sim card. I'm 67, not the age group that's great with phones! What should I do? These messages are very damning and accusing me of something I didn't do, I need the proof. Someone is trying to cut my good name and reputation, I can't live like that, they are in their 30's.
