As a legitimate owner of Windows 10, why can't I open a large quantity of my pictures, which were transferred from my old Windows 7, using the 'Pictures' program in Windows 10? The file extensions are still JPG, but the files are RLE images, not PNG or JPG. Additionally, after installing Office 365, it refused to open all old files (docx, doc) made on Office 2013 32x, only allowing them to be read, not edited. What can be done to resolve these issues?

I recently got a new phone and logged into my Facebook, Google, and other accounts from it.
