Using my PC, I clicked on World of Solitaire and several screens appeared saying my PC is locked up with a phone number to call for Microsoft help. I'm not computer literate and don't know the model or OS. The issue started about 5 minutes ago, and I tried deleting the screens but couldn't. What should I do?
