I called last night and was matched with Andrew. I explained my problem with the T tool in Pagemaker version 7, where text runs right to left instead of left to right. Andrew said he would fix it for $39 by taking control of my computer. He left instructions, but after following them, neither the text nor the tool works at all. I waited for Andrew to come back online but went to bed after midnight. Is Andrew available, or can you help me get my toolbox to work?

I need to recover my password for my Google email account. I am still logged into the email on another device and believe there is a phone number or second email address linked to the account. I am currently on a computer trying to complete an issue, but the recovery process is not working as expected.
