I forgot my password for my Yahoo ID and cannot access the system to amend it due to a security issue. My grandson originally set up my system, but he is no longer available. The help assist for finding my 'forgot' password just abandons me. When did you last reset your username and password? Have you installed any updates recently? I have a six-year-old HP Pavilion desktop (model 753n) running an unspecified operating system. It has been running very slow recently, with an hourglass appearing every time I click the mouse. Yesterday I upgraded Office 2010 to 2016 and now have four programs that will not open - neither from the desktop icon nor the program listing. Have tried the troubleshooting but did not fix or give satisfactory answer. What could be the issue and how can I resolve it?

When I log in to my computer (Windows 10 Pro), the screen color is now orange. I want to change it back to blue. Additionally, I want to remove the password requirement since I am the only one using the machine.
