Assume it takes one second to scan the first page of a website from a crawler which is centrally located, this is true regardless of whether the webpage exists or not. How long will it take a single crawler to scan all the first web pages on the Internet assuming only IP version 4 across the Internet?

I am waiting for my new motherboard and CPU to arrive. The motherboard has both an AGP slot and a PCIe slot. I want to eventually upgrade to PCIe while still using my AGP card. Is it possible to put a PCIe card in to improve performance while keeping the AGP card in?
