I had a charge on my account yesterday around 205 for a ride that I was providing for someone else. 20 or 30 minutes later, I had another charge on my account which we did not take. I tried to request a refund and it only gave me $3.10 back. I would like a full refund. I would like to know who and how they requested a ride from my account. No one else has my Lyft account information. This all took place around 2:00pm to 2:30 pm on 1/10/2022.

I have Windows 7 on my computer, but I can't access the internet. I was told I had to update my Windows program. Can you tell me how to do that? Additionally, my network does not appear in the WiFi list, and I'm unsure if I have a modem or router. What should I do to resolve this issue?
