I had a problem with my computer where I was scared that I had done something wrong and called for help. I ended up contacting another company, 247techies, who I believe may have hacked my computer. They changed my computer settings, removed my malware protection, and now I can't close out or delete things properly. I'm not computer-savvy and need help to undo the changes made by 247techies and secure my computer again.
