I had a Sony tech help me the other day, but they were unsuccessful in getting Adobe Flash installed. They turned off my computer and disappeared, and I had to remove the battery to get it working again. I still cannot install Adobe Flash even though it shows up in my control panel as installed. I can't use many sites because I don't have the ability to download pictures or videos. Can you help me? Also, I need advice about what spyware and virus protection I do or do not need.
