I had a work phone for 20 years and have now retired, turning in my work cell number and no longer having access to my work email. I tried using a common password but it sends a passcode to my old work phone, which I no longer have access to. Before turning in my work phone, I transferred everything to a new phone, but now I cannot download any apps or retrieve any other information. I need any passcodes or passwords sent to my new phone or personal email. I want to remove my work email and old work number from being linked to my new phone. How can I resolve this issue?

I’m on my iPhone and need to change my Gmail password. Do you remember any old passwords you've used with your Gmail account? Is there a phone number or second email address linked to this Gmail account? Is there anything else the Email Expert should know before I connect you?

I changed my phone number yesterday and let a friend make a Facebook account on my phone. Now, I can't log in to my account because it's asking for a login code sent to my old number. I have a backup email linked to my account, but the login code won't send to my email. I'm not logged into my account on any other devices. What can I do to regain access to my account?
